Hi its me again (Mr Plater) sorry if i was short about your remarks. Was just upset. No matter thanks to Dog Lost and all there helpers i had a phone call tonight about Foster. He has been found and he is well. He is currently staying at a kennel near Ipswich and I can pick him up in the morning> I need to give Dog Lost a special thanks because it was due to the fact that you had emailed the kennel with Foster's details that they double checked him and found his id chip.

Hello Mr Foster, my comment wasnt to offend or be flippant in any way.. Sorry if you took it in such a manner... I was thinking for all the doors to be shut and for your Foster to disappear it sounded a bit suspicious... Did someone have key to your house etc... Now you mention the back door being open its clearer.. Im sure we have all done this at some point (i know i have) and it must have been shocking to come home and find Foster missing.. Im sure you have been given great advice and the police have been called if you feel Foster was stolen... I only recently joined DL and spend quite a bit of time trying to find peoples lost dogs... I havent helped anyone as yet unfortunately.. I hope Foster comes home soon as im sure your other dog misses him lots!! Again sorry if i offended you.:)Last edited: 2011-04-28 11:32:41 by lf2000

I would just like to clarify that all the doors were shut apart from the back door so Foster and Bud (our other dog) could get into the back garden as it was a very hot day and they were only left on there own for an hour. From Mr Plater Foster's owner

How does a dog disappear with all the doors shut etc?
DogLostHelen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge
Have spoken to the owner and Foster went missing from home, the owner came home from work and Foster had disappeared from the house (although all the doors were closed) their other dog was still there. The police, dog warden and local vets have all been notified. I will E-mail general information including contact numbers for vets in Suffolk. I will make up posters and flyers later tonight for them, stay safe Foster until you are found xxx
