-------------
A dog was involved in an RTA outside my home on Carnwath Road, Carluke,
South Lanarkshire ML8 4FD and he was subsequently taken by my friend to
Clyde Valley Emergency Vet in Lanark. He had no collar or tag but I am
unsure yet if he was chipped. He is a mixed breed male, white with tan and
black markings, slim build (possibly greyhound mix, terrier mix but not
sure). His jaw was badly injured and blood was going into his lungs.

I did not witness the incident but believe the police were notified
although the L300 who hit the dog drove away before any police arrived.

Can you please check if this matches any missing dogs on your database so
that the owner can be notified. Thanks
