I thought i heard a woof on the moor above the woods last month.I went up with my dogs, but unfotunately the ferns are so high i couldnt see anything.
Goldenfrodo
Sadly Amber is still missing. There was been no sign or word of her. Owner searched the wood where she went missing every day for a week with up to 10 other Golden Retrievers but they didnt find anything. She is still hoping that somebody might have picked her up and is looking after her.
Goldenfrodo
Will contact owner to see if there's been any news of this lovely old girl.

I walk.wymingbrook several days a week and have been looking. I wonder where on the path you saw her last? Am happy to walk off path to look with our dogs. I drove to redmires and stannage to look. You need posters in redmires carpark and lodge lane. Going to ask my friend from hollow meadows to tell her neighbours. Two dogs went missing there a month ago and were found by the gamekeepper safe and well afetr a few days so worth checking round lodge moor. Keeping fingers crossed.

Sent email to see if there was any news. I hope Amber is safely home very soon.

Just to let you know. Amber is still missing. We have walked the woods where she wandered off for the past 3 days. no signs at all. No one has reported her found and I have checked the Sheffield dog pound myself today. We can only hope someone has taken her home and not reported it. Please look out for her she needs to be at home where she knows

Hi , I’m sorry to see Amber is missing. Someone will try and make personal contact with you as soon as possible, to offer advice and help. Firstly contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres. Give them all a detailed description of your dog with any distinguishing marks/scars. You can find vets in your own area by clicking on the green logo which says “Find Any UK VET”, on the right hand side of the page under the “latest missing dogs” photo - top right. Please email admin@doglost.co.uk with a photo of your dog quoting the dog’s Doglost ID number, or upload a photo yourself on “update details” above. You can also add comments and update the dog’s status, e.g.sightings, re-united etc. by clicking on “add a comment” at the bottom of the page. If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and at the same time, check that all details held, are up to date. You can obtain a “MISSING” poster from "view poster" above. You can only print posters when you are signed in. Start postering now! I CANNOT EMPHASISE HOW VERY IMPORTANT THIS IS. If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be re-homed legally, after 7 days, so please try to visit rescue centres, to look for your dog & give them a poster. Do not rely on checking by phone alone, as other people may not recognise your dog by your description. Will email advice to you also.
