Thanks Woodys Mum for the email alert and for posting and cross checking him against the found dog, we will look into this (I am in work at the moment). The found dog looks a lot smoother coated than Buzz but could of been trimmed. Jan x

A fawn coloured, male, cross saluki has turned up in my local dog pound on the below link, is there any chance that this could be Buzz. I know its a long way from where he was stolen but could be worth a look in case it is him. Fingers crossed that it is him.

There is a saluki cross dog on the website below - he looks very much like Buzz and he was picked up as a stray. tied to a car boot in the car park at near Bicester.
Stray Saluki
On 14 March a stray female fawn saluki with a brown leather collar was found tied to a car boot in the car park at near Bicester.  All enquiries about this dog will be directed to Cherwell District Council Dog Warden. More information from Animal Finders, 0800 999 2343 quoting AF6-509.

What a roller coaster you must be on Dan, first thinking Buzz had been found, then thinking he is so badly injured and now back to square one but also having seen the cruelty to the other poor dog. I hope he pulls through OK. At least you know that we are all looking out for Buzz, hope there is good news soon.

Hi all sadly it was not Buzz it was a similar dog that had been poorly Treated im hoping he is ok as he is really in a bad way,Some people dont deserve to have dogs I still live in hope!.Thanks for all your thoughts They mean alot.

Just heard back from Dan, it wasn't Buzz. Sure Dan will update more once he's back. Also trying to get more info on the poor dog whoever he is, incase a mtach to another missing/stolen.

Have heard news apparantly he was found on a field not too far from me beat to bits and in a bad way The local Kennels came and picked him up I'm Just waiting to hear from them I Really hope it is him.

There is a saluki dog on the battersea webite very much like Buzz.  He is called Kofi on there - they do look very much alike and it is well worth a look. www.battersea.org.uk I really do hope that you find your lovely dog soon.  Julie x

Photos will be sent this evening, Buzz has white feathering on front legs and on tail. Passed on local pound kennel no. which owner will phone and will email over other local contacts.

Called owner, Buzz was stolen last night, thieves were seen lifting him over the wall and driven off in a silver car. Photos will be put on asap, usual advice given for postering and getting CRN. Owner says several dogs have been taken localy.
