Don't forget to get the info. to gun clubs, gun mags, pet shops, milk men, post men, shop owners, on the the local radio and news stations if possible. Also make sure you target vets further a field. We have dogs arrive at our practice from much further away, we also FIND (don't give up hope) dogs registered with us and lost, found hundred's of miles away. I have printed your picture and will take into work to go on the wall. Good luck and keep the pressure on. x

Rang the number on the found Spaniel's page for more information, this found dog is an adult so cannot be the stolen puppy.  Person I spoke to is going to try and find out where the found Cocker Spaniel has gone to.  Jan x

Had an email from butcherboy today his puppy is in this weeks Chorley Guardian.  I've looked on the Internet site but cannot find an article to post a link.  Fingers crossed the coverage gives some good news.  Jan x Bumped due to coverage in the paper.

Hi Is it worth loooking at dog 21804 who has been found in Wales in the last couple of days they sound very alike. If he had been stolen he may have been dumped. Hope you find him soon. Jude

DW contacted and details passed over. Local press contacted & hopefully story will appear in the next issue. Posters printed & will be given to all pets shops , vets, gundealers asap. New photo of pup uploaded showing him as he was when taken

23.05 p.m.  Various size posters emailed to butcherboy, who I've made contact with, advice/info was emailed earlier tonight.   Over 300 Posters and details emailed out to Rescues, RSPCA's, Dog Training Clubs, Merseyside Pet Ambulance, DL helpers in area and NW areas further afield, also Co-ordinator's Goldenfrodo and RileysMum.  If anyone is able to help with the postering and spread the word please let us know and posters can be emailed to you.  Thanks.  Fingers crossed this lovely Spaniel is reunited with his family soon.  Good luck.  Jan x

Butcherboy, sorry to see he is missing, we will try and contact you a.s.a.p.   Thanks for registering on DL and adding his details, we will do all we can to help you in your search.  Great you have uploaded a photo, I've cropped it to bring him closer.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible and MAKE HIM TOO HOT TO HANDLE, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering.  Posters can be printed  by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).  If not already you need to get a CRIME No. from the Police. Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Ensure the Chip Co are informed and report him stolen and check your details are up to date.   Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting   Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope he is  found soon.  Jan x
