I have spoken with and texted owner over the last few weeks to offer support and help but it seems the trail on little Rocky has gone cold.  Any suggestions?  We need to get this little guy back to his family.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

This afternoon I took posters to 2 garden centres, a farm shop, a business park and put up posters at a few bus stops along the main route travelling towards where the possible sighting of Rocky was yesterday.  I also put up a couple in the park and ride site, a couple of parks and handed out a few flyers to a couple of dog walkers in the area.  I really hope we get another sighting of little Rocky soon, my little girl has her paws crossed.x.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thankyou once again for all your help.Yesterday late afternoon i walked Lucky who is Rocky,s partner and followed the scenting advice, my dad walked the area this morning with Lucky and will continue to do so every morning,i`ve printed off the flyers thal Lynne emailed me and my children are going to help me deliver them around the area.We won`t give up hope for my mum`s sake who asks every day from her hospital bed if there`s been any news on Rocky. My dad is so lonely without Rocky his trusting loyal friend, this is so out of character as he`s so well behaved and the perfect lap dog he`s definately a one man dog. Forever hoping on his safe return.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I walked the area around the possible sighting between 4 and 5pm tonight but I really needed longer.  I spoke to a few dog walkers and kids/youths in the area and asked them to keep their eyes open.  They all said they had seen the posters.  The area is quite extensive so I will go again on Wed and put up some more posters if needed.  I hope he is spotted again soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Think we'll have to keep checking the area - I will drive there later and take my dog for a walk in the area, hoping that this little one will want to meet up with another of his kind!  Let's hope this little one shows himself again soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have just returned from area of possible sighting, put up posters, no sign of rockey, but there are many places he could be hidden as its a small wooded area and fields, quite overgrown and great hide away places for a small dog.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Could be either doglover.  the fact there is no sightings might mean Rocky was picked up.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

R we saying rocky has been possible stolen or got out of garden.?? once a picture is loaded I will print off posters, my dog is groomed by lady in oldland common so will drop off some posters to her and she will put one up in her shop window, also I can take some into my local vets which is close by.  Also may be worth the owner putting lost ad in Bristol Trade it paper and website, they have lost/found and pets section and its Free ! to advertise Can you say what part of Oldland Common Rocky missing from ? or close by as its quite a large area.   Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
