So So So pleased for you,  I wish all the dogs had such distinct features,  It would make it so much easier to find them, I normally have to go back and forward with pictures but with two toes it was there looking at me,  Well done, so chuffed you have him back,  Sukimax. xxxxxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I rang James tonight and he said he picked Two Toes up from Springfield first thing this morning.  He said he seemed a little bit "phased" when saw him at the kennels but was pleased to see him.. think it was all so strange for him being in there.   He was found in Cleckheaton on Friday but the website had only been updated and the picture of him added on Sunday.  Two Toes has lost a little weight and is a bit smelly (according to James)  But hes fine now he's home with his family.   He was given a shiny new microchip this afternoon too !!! Thanks again PA and Sukimax for spotting the pic of him so quickly.Welcome back home little fella   xxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

hi Furlover! This is such good news as I'm not at work this week and was fretting about getting over to the area with posters. Text me your mobile no and I'll be in touch if I see anything I can help with? I did check that Two Toes wasn't at the PDSA and Becky there is pleased to help if anyone calls for information. They tend to get more cats handed in and few dogs.  LindaLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

FANTASTIC NEWS!!!!!!!!!!    Two Toes  owner has just rung me to say he has checked the picture that has just gone on at Springfield Kennels and IT IS TWO TOES !!. Thanks so MUCH  PA for seeing this, and alerting him  so quickly. You are an absolute star !!!!! He will be going to Springfield to get him first thing in the morning. Sadly there isnt anyone there now and the circumstances/location he was found are unknown at the moment. Welcome back Two Toes   xxxxxx  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

We have now spoken, but that is definitely, without any doubt whatsoever Two Toes. I have emailed Springfield, but heard nothing back as yet
Thank you so much for letting me know you’d spotted him there.

Hi Can you look on lost dogs yorkshire theres a dog very similar just been added on there. Its near the bottom of all the pics it doesnt have a code on it. Its a bit blurred is the pic so cant make it out properly but looks like the dogs front left paw might only have 2 toes.Good luck.Sorry for getting your hopes up if it turn out not to be your dog. PA.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Rang owner for more info.    Two toes went missing from BD12 Oakenshaw area.  He regularly goes to visit the nearby farm and is welcomed there ,  but on this occasion he wasnt seen on the day and didnt return. Owners have registered him with the dog warden in Bradford and Kirklees but suggested also to register with Leeds. They have put posters in vets, shops and been in contact with Marina Kennels, and Springfield Kennels. Suggested they also check PDSA  Wakefield Road,  Oakenshaw Kennels and Fleet Kennels in Queensbury. As it is fairly close to me I can help in postering around Bradford and hope this little man is back home soonLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I think it likely that the postcode (BD22) is incorrect. BD22 is Haworth/Keighley and I'm not aware of any woods called Brierly Woods in the Keighley area.  There is a Bierly in Bradford which may be BD2 - could it be that?  (and there is a Brierley Hall in Barnsley (likely to be an S postcode)).

So sorry to see this boy is missing.I have left a message on his owners mobile with the phone number for their nearest stray kennels and  have asked them  to check onsite for posts. Hoping he is home again very soon x PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
