Just heard from owner that Lemon has been found in someone?s garden. She?s fine and she?ll be going back home to Essex tomorrow. Owner is over the moon to get Lemon back. He would like to say thanks for everything and special thanks to Sheilagh. I think you must have the magic touch Sheilagh as all the dogs lately that you have either helped or are going to help have been found!! Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Lemon took off after a fox on Uppingham Road. The fox ran over the road followed by Lemon. She charged straight into the side of it and was rolled over. She was moved out of the road and was bleeding. It could have been a nose bleed or she had bitten her tongue. Owner was comforting her for a few minutes while the rest of the family started trying to find some assistance. Then she stood up, looked around, ran in a circle then bolted in total shock and blind to the world around her. Owners tried to keep up but lost her as she turned into Spencefield Lane. The last report of a sighting of a dog wearing a high visibility collar with flashing red lights put her at the traffic lights of Spencefield Lane and Downing Drive, but at that point she was still running. Lemon lives with her owner in Essex and they were in Leicester visiting family. They have now had to return to Essex so desperately need help. IF THERE IS ANYONE IN THE AREA THAT CAN POSTER, PLEASE HELP LEMON.
Owner has informed the police, RSPCA, Huncote Kennels and the Leicestershire Dog Wardens. They also have a friend who works for Biffa waste collectors and he and his colleagues are keeping a lookout. Owners also have Lemon on Facebook for extra publicity. Its called "Help! I'm Lemon and I've lost my people"Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
