- Other Info SPANISH RESCUE,NEW TO THE AREA! DO NOT CALL OR CHASE. Billy went missing at 2pm. Was seen later same day, 8pm latest sighting. His chip is Spanish registered. Billy was still wearing his harness when he went missing. If found, Billy must be reported to the Council Dog Warden As REQUIRED BY LAW
