Should also add that on Facebook there are pictures of the thieves, plus posts from other contributors showing a whole range of different vehicles and number plates they are known to have used in the past in thefts of dogs. From Facebook posts, they are very well known prolific dog thieves and have been spotted acting suspiciously up and down the country. Joanx

Wonderful news. I was so worried for patch and his family, in case there were repercussions. These people are horrible and have no conscience at all. Thank goodness they left him somewhere safe. Joanx

The dirty tramps phoned and told us they have tied him up outside amen corner local sainsburys mitcham rd we have just picked him up we have a name and address of the people that took him police have been informed we as a family would like to thank every single one of you that have shared our posts we are extremely grateful Patch is very skinny and he was shaking but so happy to be finally back with who he belongs"

For anyone not on facebook, here is what is on the link that Louise has posted.
"PLEASE SHARE EVERYONE!!! URGENT UPDATE PATCH HAS BEEN STOLEN 2 travellers white man aged between 50-60 brown greyish hair irish accent and female same age with whitish blonde shoulder length hair they called this morning asking for cash for Patch said they would meet us on London rd where he went missing demanded £300 cash and we would get the dog back we asked to see patch he grabbed patch by the neck and wouldn't give him to us he then tried to run my 2 sons over patch was shaking they sped of through red lights down morden rd with patch police are now looking for them my son managed to smash the front drivers driver's window as he tried to run him over please share the girl in the picture is Patches mumm
