- Just received a call from a man (number withheld) saying he has got both dogs and wants £1000 for them or they will go to the bait farm. Hung up when I insisted he had to prove he had them.

Discussed a number of ideas with owner re scenting / food/ tracking / alerting and postering . Will travel over tomorrow Mid afternoon with another volunteer to scope and check out potential areas they have travelled. DWs, local vets all advised along with local landowners along the tracks they may have wandered. Owner will advise National rail as the track taken Is next to tracks.
