Worth noting is Topsy has a docked tail, unusual in UK for a show type Cocker.

Please don't dismiss any found dogs that aren't microchipped.

I've just seen this post from Ireland. The missing bitch was found dumped but her microchip had been removed. Her puppies are still missing.
