- Print off posters of Oscar and get them out there EVERYWHERE. Someone must have seen him around and the more posters you have and coverage of him being lost, the better chance you have of finding him and getting him home.Have you put an ad in the local paper? Try to alert the local radio station to see if they will help by broadcasting him as missing. - Sorry to hear that Oscar is missing. Contact Croydon Borough Council (020 8726 6000), Sutton Borough Council (020 8770 5000) and Tandridge Borough Council (01883 722000). Also Birchwood Lodge Kennels, Woldingham (01883 343148). One of the ladies who works there, Emma, runs a shelter in Sutton.
