- ** UPDATE ** We now know that the dog was 9 years old, her name was Tilley or had been at some point in her life, and at some point lived in the Blackburn area, she was chipped and reported as missing! Unfortunately tracing the owner is proving to be difficult due to inaccuracies with the details....
