- Alan maybe trying to find his way back to where he usually lives. Poster in the DN9, and DN10 areas. Post in shop; post offices too. Hand out as many posters as you can; where, and when you can'. Post a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper in case he has climbed into a vehicle. Ask family, friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Twitter too, And follow all the RELEVANT advice/tips on Blaze`s post. His page no. is 143789. Paws xd.
Cats dislike change of any kind. They like familiar scents. When leaving your pet with someone at their house, leave an object with your scent on, as they will find it very comforting, especially if placed in their beds, or where they sleep; use an old UNWASHED SOFT jumper or an old SOFT "T" shirt. also UNWASHED.
