Keep making Tank "TOO HOT TO HANDLE" Post in surrounding areas. Post in shops; post offices too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant Hand out as many poster as you can where and when you can. Ask family, friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Twitter too. Post a STOLEN CAT ad in a National newspaper too. Paws xd.

Good idea to borrow a trap,
and scented item such as his UNWASHED blanket. Place it in a clean container, along with your scent too. Paws xd.

if you have sightings it may be worth contacting your local cats protection as they can lend you a trap.
and leave unwashed clothes, dirty litter in the garden to help him scent back.

Please follow ALL the advice/.tips on Aero`s post. His page no. 142419. Plus he could have been chased out of his own territory by a more dominant cat (As you have sadi) The chasedcat usually returns when they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Paws xd.
