- Where Found The body has now been recovered by myself. No chip, no collar or tattoo. I've taken her to PCS at Adwick-le-street where the body will be kept for several days.

- Penny looked like a very young working spaniel. Approx 8-12 month old. Cracked upper canine tooth. A travellers site is very close to where we found her. A microchip can withstand water and ice for a long period of time. I have had one in the freezer for several months and it still works

- The body has now been recovered by myself. No chip, no collar or tattoo. I've taken her to PCS at Adwick-le-street where the body will be kept for several days. If not claimed she will be cremated and her ashes scattered in the gardens. We have named her Penny.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
