- Excellent news. Stay close now Dollie:-)xxx As already suggested, I would have Dollie microchipped. And neutered, as then she will be more "Homebound" as some unneutered cats will cross busy roads seeking a mate. It also prevents Feline Aids. Neutering is usually carried out at sixteen weeks old, when they reach sexual maturity. Neutering can be done for just five pounds. It`s safer for the cat too.
