Many thanks for the advice. I will try my best although i can't leave door open. I would be afraid if i would keep him in he would do it again. Where we use to leave never done that before but here is different as its a load's of wildlife bird's forest fields hedges to explore and also load's of cat to fight for his theory. I don't want to prison him as long as I know he come home to eat and not going far. Many thanks for all the help.

The best thing to do here is to open a door he has access to, (As indoor cats) Put some tuna, or warm chicken in his dish and place it about twice the width of the open door. Put some Dramies further away from the door When you see Gingy approach the door, act as though him going missing hasn`t been an issue. Don`t stare at him, or make a sudden dash to grab him, or he will see it as a "Threat" And he will wonder what you are up to, even though your the owner. Just carry on with what you are doing. Ignore him.act nonchalant, hopefully then he will enter the house. I would then keep Gingy in for a few days. Paws xd.

Gingy came by the front door but as soon i went outside runaway. I had a few comments from shilton park area. He must have been hurt and that is why he does not want to come home. This is what Gingy done in the past but never been outside at night or missing. Please don't feed him let him come home. At least i know he known the way home. Many many thanks for all the help everyone.

Hoover contents in the grade also good. If you can't go out at night try calling from a window late at night or early morning when sound travels further.

Thank you. I had been surching all day i am 100 percent sure he had been fighting and his hurt and hiding just where i don't know. I can't go out at night as my child is young. I will continue surching tomorrow but i put his blanket on the washing line. Many thanks for a good advice

Check all outbuildings, including empty houses; cellars too. Check THOROUGHLY. as some cats will hide in, or behind an object within, especially if timid. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden, as his scent will be there. Put some tuna, or warm chicken in his dish, and call him; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in as sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Wipe his scent on you garden fences, gates doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Try a squeaky toy, it may attract his attention. Wal around the area, holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding him, (Common problem). When it`s nightfall, and you are searching, use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cats eyes. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant. Paws xd.
