- RIP BELLA 💔. Sad update from owner: Thank you so much for everyone sharing my post about Bella my gsd .... unfortunately the outcome wasn't good news in that she was hit by a vehicle and killed ..... it has taken me all day to find this out with a total lack of communication between the police and anybody..... our local dog warden has not been informed and neither has the microchip company .... apparently the police don't scan a dead dog ......... my husband has been to identify Bella for me as I needed to know it was her ....... so much for the microchipping law and also for reporting a dead dog ..... I am devastated and now very angry about the way all of this has been handled
