Welcome home Bruno, it is worrying that people think that they can just adopt a dog without making any enquiries to find the real owners. Well done to that neighbour for making the important call that saw the way home for Bruno. Poster Power again.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Posters worked! a suspicious neighbour phoned the vets to say htheir neighbour had recently acquired a black lab and was one missing-vets luckily had poster up so owners went around to the address and he tried to say it was his dog!!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Also another thought is to contact Wrest Park, the Research Insitute at Silsoe and Cranfield Uni. I'm sure they all have a lot of people coming and going through the area who might spot something, plus there's all the arable land around there too.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

It's worth getting in contact with Julia Boness veterinary clinic down there, there's the main hospital in Barton-le-Clay just down the A6 and then there's the Cat Clinic a little further down the road 01582 612604 and 01582 612606 Also what about contacting Mid Beds District Council offices by Chicksands? That's sort of in the same area. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

blimey a 9ft fence!!!!!!!!! I hope they live in a rural area with no neighbors through you could only do 6ft. Poster like mad make him hot, I would also if you have neighbors check to see if he as gone into their garden and is in a shed or outbuilding. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

spoken to owner to inform him of the removal of the post and to reassure him there was nothing untoward re taking it off. bruno was sighted this morning in shillington and owner has been there with more posters. apparantly this dog is a bit of a houdini and has managed to escpae from the garden despite a 9ft fence that was installed following his last escape mission.xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
