Fantastic news. Welcome home Oreo. Stay close now:-). How, and where was he found please? Love to know. Don`t do Fb, Had someone been feeding Oreo? I would have Oreo microchipped; just in case:-)

Lisa, this is my daughters cat that we have had for 4 years since birth! I think it out of order for you to comment this on my page! My poor 11 year old daughter is distraught. I have pictures of him as a kitten and also got him from a litter my friend who has his mother!

This is my cat Bonzo, he is chipped. If he is found these people don’t own him I do.

Hi, many cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where the vehicle went next. Maybe as it has been a few days, you could call all the local delivery agents that you normally see around and ask if they had a delivery in your road that day. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went each day. A local cat got into a van and jumped out at a care home a couple of miles away after medications were delivered there. A friend noticed a poster on their gates and told the cat's owners. He had been regularly fed by the care home people and they were actively looking for his family. Really hope your cat comes home soon, thinking of you

Presume all outbuildings checked at the time he went missing, including empty houses, and cellars? ALWAYS take a SECOND LOOK as some cats will hide, in or behind objects within, especially if timid, even though their owners may be present. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden as his scent will be there. Put some tuna or warm chicken in his dish, and call him; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. Walk around the area, holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding him (Common problem) When it is nightfall, and you are searching use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cats eyes. At the same time use the same deodorant, which you use on a day to day basis (It could be an air freshener that you use regularly as it may remind him of home. Poster around the area, and also post flyers through doors too. Ask around especially those with children, as they can be very observant, Post a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper in case he has climbed into a vehicle. Nasis`mum who posts on here says that apparently many cats do this. Also is there a dominant cat in the area> Only sometimes they will chase a cast out of it`s own territory, however they usually return within a few days, if they think it is safe for them to do so. Hope Oreo is home soon. Paws, and fingers xd.1
