UPDATE:

After locating the owner of this sweet boy, she decided it was in his best interests for him to be rehomed as she was unable to give him the life he deserves. I am happy to say that he went to his new forever home this afternoon. Thank you all for your support and shares! This little guy got his happily ever after! 💖

There is more information on fb Lottie's Legacy #teamlottie. He is safe and warm with rescuer having been chained and in a poor way, hopefully being signed over.

It says GU21, which is Surrey in South East
