- Yes hello I'm the owner and have been very busy trying to get information from all places,as you can imagine. Apologies, apparently Toby may have given to the Harrow dog warden who may or may not have passed him to the emergency kennels at Slough. We are checking this very fluid, and distressing situation. Hopefully by tommorow I will have more accurate info, from the council safety, emergency kennel team. Thank you to Jayne Allison and Karen.
