OMG, I'm so so very sorry. So near yet so far to being caught safe! I hope he wasn't pushed out of the area and into danger by well meaning people. I really pray he didn't suffer too, poor sweetheart xxx

I have discovered this evening that another group has been set up to search for Marley. My team will now have to pull out and move on. .i hope Marley is found soon .

Thank you doomobs. We have to establish an area frequented by Marley before setting up a feeding station. As mention on my post further down you cannot light bbq on any forest land,.

Marley's owner, Mary, would like to thank all of you for your help searching for Marley over the last 12 days. As you can imagine Mary is absolutely distraught. Knowing that some many people are out there looking for him is a great comfort. If anyone does spot him this weekend please remember he will probably bolt if you try to approach him. If possible it would be best to call Mary whose number is the one on this listing.

People have searched Roding Valley Park all yesterday.Postered,flyered and given out hundreds of cards. Others are staking out parts of his known previous route. Unfortunatley we haven’t found him yet. Drone which was planned for today will not be up as too windy. We are all still positive and working towards finding Marley.If anybody is planning on looking for Marley please contact me and I can give you a search area. People wandering around are spooking him from his safe places and causing him to bolt. All his areas are very very close to busy roads

No news yet. Searchers are still out daily and another team in evening. It is such a vast area and now he been pushed off his route. Hard to know where he is

Searchers out again. Looking in adjoining areas now. Redbridge and Woodford. Put loads of posters up and flyers through doors. Everybody trying so hard to locate him.xx

Searchers out again today. Searched vast areas of disused garages,bin cupboards,churchyards,allotments. Another 200 flyers are being distributed. Searched with thermal imaging camera known locations. No sightings yet. Some searchers are going out very early tomorrow at first light

Poor Marley my fingers crossed for this little lad he must be so confused by all this. People are trying to help but are not aware that they are causing more harm then good .Could owners please ask people to stay away while the folk who know what they are doing help.

Seems people using this post are still going out using torches in groups searching. You guys have moved him out of area again just when we were going to Recover him. Please look up how to look for a dog in flight mode if you do not want to contact me. He is near extremely busy roads. You will cause him to bolt across. Please think about what you are doing. Also couple of people are camped out in forest using camping stoves. This is in breach of by laws Epping Forest corporation rangers. You are reflecting badly on the rest of us searchers who actually no laws.

Searchers have been out since very early this morning and couple are still out now. Many posters have been added. Sadly we are still having problems with people swamping areas of possible sightings,obtaining info from Facebook posts. We are all exhausting and it is getting incredibly frustrating.We have tried to do organised searches hoping that we could educate people on correct procedure but sadly it only needs one person to disrupt everything.. We will still go out tomorrow and hope we find him

Searchers were out in shifts yesterday from 4am until midnight working in shifts. We also had drone up again. We are searching couple boroughs,both redbridge and Waltham Forest. Search has already started again and we hope for good news.

I have put a posters up on the path that runs up the avenue of trees from the playing fields to Blake Hall and further south from the end of Bushwood where a path leads to davis lane. Just in case he moves this way. Talking to other Dog walkers this end no sightings.

The lady which saw him yesterday has got a little poodle told me : That she saw this dog on her drive and that she thought was her dog ,then realised it was not him.So she said she tried to get him but he was fast,he looked well.She also told she spoke to someone here *Shelagh .No known direction I'm afraid :(

OMG ladies and gents ,so cold out there after 2 hours walking around/near blackhall road i met the lady who saw Marley on her driveaway,pity that she could not catch him then we know he is a nervous dog :( well i walked and walked ,then we to ALL you need is to read café which the lady know Marleys owners .Is all about chatting away and making people aware and I'm happy to know lots of people actually know about Marley :) so lets keep positive and find himxxxxxxxx Yeah,i put some up and went by Quaker meeting.Well later i ask my partner to drive me around and park there so we can look .I got this special flashlight(army)type one.I will be able to see it.xx

Walk the Bushwood area and playing fields twice daily. Have talked to a few other dogwalkers about Marley and Dottie. No posters around so will attempt to print off some.
Just a thought the Rangers cottage in Bushwood and Quaker meeting house have large quiet gardens and would be worth notifying. Keep hoping for good news.

Sorry Claudia I am out most of day and night searching for Marley. I don’t have internet access on my phone.There was a sighting today around Blake hall road. Unfortunatley as we were tracking his paw prints a load of well meaning people turned up after seeing post on Facebook. Promptly shouted loudly .allowed dog to run all through paw prints making it impossible to continue. There are no further sightings at moment.

I have walked from South Woodford ,stopped at Goddard in SW left a leaflet then walked towards Leytonstone ,where i stopped people with dogs,chatted then all the way inside on the right side by Snaresbrook /Wanstead ..then by the Crown Court walked towards the park again and spoke to whoever i could remind and also lots of lovely people tweeting .So after an hour and half i came back home South Woodford and used 10 leaflets around.Anyone ? anything xx Claudia

No further sightings of Marley today. We have idea of route he took today to avoid people. Posters are up around Wanstead .Claudiauk66 . Lot of searchers been out tonight looking for Marley. He is running between Wanstead and Leytonstone. Last sighting was around 9.30 pm. Please phone in any sightings to owner. He is going onto A12 to get away from people chasing him. Please call owner immediately.Search will resume tomorrow
