- Where Found Teddy was found by a lady in a cemetery very scared bless him.

- Other Info Teddy run off while on a walk due to spooked by dogs and a cyclist ..He was offl ead at time and no coat on him .He weighs just under 5 pounds ! He's very tiny .the area is vast it overlooks all of Swansea Bay.If found he should be reported to council dog warden as required (BY LAW)
