Hi all, I am still here holding out hope about Judy, its been about 2 and a half years but still miss her like crazy. Her pup Ruby that I ended up keeping just because she was so like her is a little gem, she's still like her mum back though. Please help.

Hi all, thank you to the lady who provided the info on a local group of travellers, we visited the site today, unfortunately no sign on little Jude but there were dozens of other dogs, I think they probably are legitimately (well as legitimately as they can be) owned by these people but they were not living in nice conditions, I have reported this to the RSPCA and are waiting for a call back to let me know the outcome, they were adament they dont 'deal' dogs so I guess I have to take their word for it but I was not happy with the conditions the dogs were being kept in. Back to Jude and I have spoken with Todd's owner and she has or someone she knows has seen a green van with gold/yellow writing and are waiting for photos to be developed to show her to see if its the same van she saw driving off from where Todd disappeared. Will follow up with that nxt week. Thanks for msg about Western Daily Press ad, I have just seen it and it is fantastic! For anyone who wants to see it, go to www.westerndailypress.co.uk/westpressnews.html and then look for the article "Where's our Mummy" dated 9th Feb. More updates soon. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry I'm much too far away to be of any practical help, but thinking postitive thoughts for Judy. No, you're not mad chilibean - all of us on Doglost would do (or have done) the same. Keep postitive, and poster, poster, poster! It really DOES work, so make her too hot to handle.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hey everyone, Judy's mum's daughter here, sorry I havent been able to get on sooner, I work stupid hours by day and have struggled to get a minute to do any updating. The first story went in the Ross Gazette yesterday (Weds) and 2nd today in the Forester. Great write up's although minor facts were a little shaky where they have misunderstood or something, but the solid facts were in there. Western Daily Press have also been on the phone to my mum wanting to run a story. Greylady, thnx for msg on answerphone, i'm really sorry I havent been back, was in a meeting all day yesterday. I am going to take a drive over the Gypsy camp on Sat and see if I can find anything out. Pigeon's mum and Judy's mum still in contact. Mum has been onto police but nothing major as of yet. I believe charges are being pressed against the person who stole Pigeon but as of yet no evidence they took Judy. Mum is working to try to prove he was in the area at the time of Jude's disappearance, so we'll see. After this post I will get in touch with the other local dog owners mentioned by greylady. Ahhh forgot to say, my little brother was listening to Steve Wright in the afternoon on Tuesday and he was talking about the National issue of dog thefts so Jack rang in!!! He said where we were from and that Judy had been taken, had pups etc etc. OK so it may be a bit silly to have gone that far but hey, it was worth a shot and he feels he was doing his bit, bless him! I think my work colleagues think I am mad going this far as they keep taking the mick but god if I can avoid someone else going thru this by stopping the people who are doing this then its got to be worth it, plus I really really beleive we can beat this and get her back if we just keep persistant. We miss her so much. Another update as soon as I can. xxx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Message left on owners answer machine re some local knowledge!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
echo
This is around the County Boundary of Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, and the border of West Mercia Police and Gloucestershire Police. So need to contact both forces, both Councils, and also BBC Hereford and Worcester and BBC Gloucestershire. Stories should go in Hereford TImes and Gloucester Echo about the spat of missing dogs in this area. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Pidgeon's owner is already intouch with Judy's owner that is how she heard about us-they live quite nearby.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner please link in with the owner of Rosie (Cocker spaniel missing from the FoD) and Todd (Patterdale missing from the FoD) and Pidgeon (Patterdale missing from near Ross, now in the Re-united section) YOU ARE NOT ON YOUR OWN ~ THERE ARE LOTS OF TERRIER OWNERS IN THE SAME AREA WHO ARE MISSING DOGS. PLEASE work together on this.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Went missing? Does that mean stolen? Can't believe that she would go off voluntarily if she had pups at home.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owners you need to check with the police, dogwarden and stray kennels, information supplied to us indicates that the 3 do not communicate with each other.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
