When I was walking my dogs this morning ( I went all over Haggerston Park, Victoria Park, London Fields and Broadway Market) I asked everyone and showed them photos and no one has seen this dog before, which adds to my concern that I fear he was dumped which I am prayinggg is not the case. The vets in Dalston are keeping him for another day, in which time I hope the owner comes forward. The breeder has said he would take him back for a week and try and rehome him to avoid him going to Battersea dogs home, which I desperately don't want to happen. I would have him myself but I have two dogs and one of my doggys is diabetic and has cushings so would prove too stressful for him. He is such a lovely doggy he really is :(

poor boy sold on Gumtree do hope his owners try and find him if not he gets a wonderful home with people who love him

Girdetoo to..alerts are not sent out for found dogs ..they are only sent for lost dogs which in itself is a huge task.

I called the Dog Warden and they never called me back after I kept calling. I ended up taking him to my local vets after keeping him at my house 3 hours. He is chipped, but the chip is registered to his breeder who sold him on. He was then sold on again on Gumtree :(

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
