I have shared with DL FB Page, Twitter & Public. I hope that Salem is safely back at home soon.X
Hi, yes, many cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where the vehicle went next. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went that day. Really hope your cat comes home soon, thinking of youLast edited: 2017-12-06 22:23:40 by Hasi'smum
As Salem is not microchiopped he may have been taken in by someone. I would ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL Hasi`smum who posts on here says that up to 80% of cats that go missing climb into vehicles. so i would post a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper too. along with his photo of course. Hope Salem is found soon. Paws xd.Last edited: 2017-12-06 20:58:12 by janiejewel1649

Hi Jodine. I've shared to our groups so hopefully it will jog a few memories x
Hello Chris, yes he went missin briefly in August last year, after me knocking on neighbours and posting posters an elderly man down the road returned him home we suspected Salem may have had a form of dememntia as he never wanted to stay in (demntia was never confirmed) but after him disappearing for so long we tried keeping him in he then got out when someone answered the door to a delivery on 5th November last year and he hasn't been seen since i have knocked on neighbours and did the posters again but i haven't heard anything for just over 1 year now x

Sorry to see that SALEM is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact investigations@doglost.co.uk
