I hate to think that a reason for this is so that Kennel charges can be made ?
I just wish - that in this 'day & age' that ALL rescues etc. were Legally obliged to Scan / photo / Register ALL their 'intakes' - surely not too much of an outlay - & isn't the 'purpose' of a Rescue to Reunite a.s.a.p. ?! - 2017-12-04 14:48 NickyB
- manchester dogs home had a dog for 11 days................ before they scanned her. ..... owner probably did not visit all resuces/dogs homes/kennels every day - there are so many but manchester dogs home should have scanned on day 1 or possibly day but 11 days is terrible

- aaaw Fabulous News but had Chance not been checked for a 'chip straightaway at the Kennels so that owners & Chance could've been reunited much sooner ?
