Bertie has appeared in owners garden-not looking as though he has been out for 2 days-probably dumped as he is neutered-if only they could talk.

Emailed details to friend in Wadhurst asking her to pass on to family and friends around that area. Owner will alert DW on Monday and have suggested alerted towards Tunbridge Wells as well as Rother council. Owner searching for photo of Bertie but if not will email looalike ASAP.
