Thank you. My coco did not have a collar. I put posters on my street2 days ago. She coughs all the time due to heart disease. She will get worse without medication

Is this a mistake? There was a dog found called Coco at the vets and reunited with owner, can someone update pls.

Thank you so much. She suffers from heart failure disease and has to take medication daily. Warden, shelter, local vets- I checked everywhere
