We need him home ASAP as he has epilepsy and needs his medication. He's mostly black with white paws, a white chest and a little white moustache. Can I please ask everyone to check their sheds and garages. Please share especially in the Scantabout/Peverills wood/Fryern area of chandlers ford xx

fabulous news. He may have been dining elsewhere. The problem is that when other people feed a cat, they could be on medication, which is very important as is the case with Milosh. i would put Milosh under "House arrest "now for a few days, or he may go awol again, and miss out on his meds. Stay very close now Milosh:-)xxx

What wonderful news!! Had someone been looking after him; perhaps whoever had him may have taken him to the vets where he was scanned?? Hope he’s okay especially noting his need for regular medication. But finally... welcome home Milosh and no more wandering off in future.

Check ALL outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars, THOROUGHLY, as some cats will hide in. or behind an object within, especially if timid. Empty contents of the hoover on to the garden, as his scent will be there. Put some tuna, or chicken in his dish, and call him; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Wipe his scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Try a squeaky toy, as it may attract his attention. Walk around the area, holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding him. (Common problem) When it`s nightfall, and you are searching use strong torch, as the light will reflect a cats eyes. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant. Hand out posters to the general public,. where, and when you can, and as many as you can. Ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Also when searching use the same deodorant, you use on daily basis as he will recognize the scent, and your the one he trusts. And take with you an Air Freshener, as it should remind him of his home comforts. Someone may have taken him in, thinking he is a stray. Poster a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper, in case he has climbed into a vehicle; not uncommon for some cats to do. Paws xd, Milosh is home very soon.Last edited: 2018-09-24 20:05:00
