- Dog has been scanned and his microchip not registered. Dog warden not contactable and Watford won't come out. Dog staying with finder overnight.
Will liaise with finder tomorrow to poster area, report to DW and try to find owner.
If anyone comes forward I have photos of a couple of things for them to identify him by.
