- Other Info Crossposted from Dog Theft Awareness North East facebook page "devastated I am to be putting this post on my wall but I hit a dog that ran out across the A69 tonight around 6.30pm. It was at the dual section at Hexham about 500yds after the speed camera. I was heading towards Newcastle and the dog came from the Hexham direction. I took her to Scott Mitchel vets and stayed with her until there was nothing else they could do. The dog was a stocky terrier cross, sandy coloured little girl, clearly well l

- I second that, it is always so much better to know, than never to know. This dog wasn't Ragsie or Todd either, and apparently the owner has been found and informed.
