Good idea Jasper. Certainly would do no harm. Someone might even recognise him.
But he is now with the DW. I wonder if they have the time and man power to do this?

I wonder if he was taken back to the school field on a long lead, whether he may be able to "take himself home" or at least give an indication of where he came from assuming of course he was familiar with the area which appears to be the case here.

Am very pleased to see this little boy has some press coverage. The fact that someone was seen searching in the bushes indicates that he has a concerned owner somewhere. I really hope this helps to reunite them.

Paula, you have obviously gone to a great deal of trouble in your attempts to find the owner. I'd like to think that happens soon x

Coverage on the Echo page today and we belive going into the paper edition possibly tomorrow. Hoping that news of him reaches his owner or perhaps a relative or neighbour if he belongs to an elderly person

Paula, just in case the owner is older and without internet access, would it be possible to get your local radio station to put out an announcement?
Also to notify the police station, if you haven't already.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
