So pleased Butcher is home with his family. I hear hes doing well and is VERY happy to be home.He's obviously had a hard time but was well looked after by the kind pepole of Tadcaster, the dog warden and wood haven kennels. Made his journey home with someone who volunteered to take him. There are some nice people in the world. I alwaus check on here first for lost and found dogs. X

A dog was abandoned in Tadcaster last night and is now with the dog warden. The owner believes this is his dog and will be in contact with the dog warden to try and make arrangement's as to how to get the dog home.

Sorry to say that there was a dog hit by a car near to sainsburys earlier today. Not sure where it was taken to the driver was trying to sort out getting it to a vets. No description of the dog I'm afraid but would be worth the owner calling local vets
