They have no knowledge of him?? Isn't that bizarre? If they have recently moved in, then surely they could suggest trying the previous occupants? After all the dog is young, so can't be that long ago. This is so sad!

Dog is called Bud / Budd and is registered to an address is Newport Gwent but they have no knowledge of him

Crossposting from DL Surrey: chipped and registered to a contact number in Newport Gwent Wales, the dog warden has contacted the number on the chip and they have no knowledge of the dog :(
