- As Smokey Cat is neutered he should be in the vicinity somewhere. Check sheds, garages, greenhouses in case locked in. P{ut some tuna in his dish, and call him; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put some items with his scent on into a clean container, such as his blanket/bedding/soft toy, along with something with the owners scent on too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry Ask the owner to wipe his scent on the garden fences, gates, doors too. Also to walk around the area holding something with his scent on, and rattle some treats such as dreamies. Someone may be feeding him, (Common peoblem) Warm up some chicken in the microwave, as the smell may bring him home. Poster around the area, and pout "Lost" poster through doors too . When you check outbuildings mamke sure he isn`t hiding behind something within it, Paws xd
Neutered male cats have a territory of a few garden spaces as to where he lives. - 2016-10-03 15:51 AlisonH
