- Other Info REUNITED!! Belgian Shepherd type. Found running down the middle of Station Road wearing a buster collar. Very friendly. Taken to Medivet in Long Sutton PE12 where he was scanned, found to be chipped but the chip was unregistered.

- how can a chip be unregistered? can anyone explain this? as the owner shouldnt they be given all the paperwork, or if dog already chipped they should update details - but i dont understand how a chip isnt registered?
