ill keep a look out - i walk around 6km per day with our dog north of mells. i have a 'Pod Tracker' fitted to my dog's collar - an absolute god send and works on 2G signal - can't recommend it enough.

just some thoughts on Poppy: worth a call to the Cement Works (there's a lot a rabbits up there) - our friend's dog make a bee line for it if they're on colliers way; Fred Luke is the gamekeeper on the mells estate and covers a lot of ground around here; Ken Lock at Down Farm which covers a stretc of Colliers Way; posters on Colliers Way might help too.

I've just realised I've not had the email alert about Pepper and I'm a BA11 postcode. I knew this page had been set up via a friend. it's getting lots of shares in the area anyway but just wondered if it's worth checking the email did go out ok? Sorry to add to workload but I normally get them and haven't on this occasion.) Thank you :-)

Heard from a friend - no news this morning yet. Pepper has actually gone missing in fields between Mells and Buckland Dinham by the sounds of it. So if you know the area, coming from Great Elm to Mells, fields on the right hand side just before you reach Mells. But plenty of potential for her to have crossed the road and headed into Vallis area too. Have shared with the Frome Missing Link twitter feed as the cycle path is very close to there.

@dogfriendfrome on twitter have shared and it's starting to be retweeted, plus can see lots of sharing on facebook - so hopefully people will soon be aware and anyone out walking that way first thing will know to keep eye out for her. Fingers crossed she reappears this evening though :-(
