Have been informed of this response by officer in the case.....
n relation to the lost Dog with Tim Mitchell back in June, the dog has been left with the finder of the dog and being better cared for he was happy with this outcome due to his circumstances.

I spoke to owner of Solo not so long ago, he was happy to chat by text, until I pressed him about what the police were actually doing, as he had made an appointment with them to recover the dog. He seemed reluctant to answer me & has not communicated with me for some time. I have left a message for officer in case to contact me with an update if possible.

Patlucky, I have tried to bring this to a conclusion, but not having much luck. I will have to wait now until Monday to get hold of owner of dog, to see what he is doing about it.

I have spoken to her owner this morning to ask for an update, hopefully things are moving towards a conclusion :)
Will give update when I can.

Misha, I can't say too much at the moment, but hopefully things will be sorted out soon. Will update when I have any more info.

Did the lady pass the dog on as the owner seems to know who and where she is by these comments. There is a German Shepherd with Dog Crusaders but can't tell from the photo.

I spoke to owner today, he was going to ring police & tell them he was going to go & recover dog himself. I suggested he ask them to accompany him. Am still waiting for an update.

I have been informed that the police have now got an address for the woman who has the dog, so fingers crossed they will retrieve it for owner.

Police have issued a crime number, however due to data protection, I will have to wait for owner to let me have it. He is currently out of contact.

I have had info that a female has been seen recently with the dog in Truro town centre. I have alerted the police & also the police have other info as to where she may live. Keeping fingers crossed dog will be home tomorrow

Have registered on behalf of owner Timothy Mitchell. I have advised him to report incident to police & get a crime number, then the cctv at Tesco can be accessed. Will upload photo tomorrow as owner not near computer today.
Solo has been seen in Truro with a female ( no desc' as yet), so is still in area. Owner is a vulnerable person who is distraught at the theft of his dog.
