Woody had been seen a couple of times in the local wood by some residents , who then received an email from the Parish Council alerting residents of Woody's disappearance . They realised then the dog was Woody, so they caught him and rang his owner. This is another good way to spread the word if your dog goes missing. I will be sure and remember it.
I just want to thank fb DW who as always went above and beyond today, meeting with Woody'sowner and searching. Thanks !

Owner has done so thanks Jenny, Ive just been speaking and given him more advice ie highways people , check those massive Berkely rhines, he will be getting posters up shortly

Leave your gate open and dog bed on porch or similair can you take your other dog out on a long line and see if it can locate him.are there any old wells or shafts that you know of in the area?

Woody ran off on a walk yesterday and didn't come back, although the other dog did. Its fairly near his house. Owners have been searching, and have notified farmers etc. Ive suggested the Berkely Hunt too. Im about to email a link to his poster and my advice sheets
