Found in Felinfoel area of Llanelli on Wednesday, 18th November 2015

RSPCA are now appealing for information to try and find out what happened to him and if there is an owner out there searching for him. The dog is doing really well now, he is eating little and often, although it will be a long road of recovery for him.
