Missing from Fell views, Crossens, Southport, PR9 area, North West on Sunday, 18th October 2015

15 YEARS OLD but doesn't look it. DEAF AND ALMOST BLIND he has a grey muzzle and a slight limp. NEUTERED. REWARD for safe return. If FOUND he must be reported to the Council Dog Warden (which is the LAW). Please share and help get JAKE back to his family who are missing him.
