Missing from Stadt Moers Park, Huyton, Liverpool, L36 area, North West on Sunday, 20th September 2015

JACK was attacked by an off lead Lurcher and bolted. TWO YEARS OLD. MICROCHIPPED to previous owner who is contactable and aware he is MISSING. He was wearing beige harness when he went missing. He has a floppy left ear, only a small dog. Please look out for him, if FOUND he must be reported to the Council Dog Warden (which is the LAW)
