Missing from Northwood area , Stoke on Trent, ST1 area, Central on Wednesday, 10th June 2015

Mia is micro chipped but the phone number on her chip is my old number as had a new phone recently and had my number changed address is the same and the name is my partners name.i also cant remember her chip id number but she is registered under myself and my partner she is upto date with all jabs and is under pets at home festival park.
