Found in sighted loose on courtlands way ravenhill Swansea wearing dark leather collar tried to call him to me but very unsure and skittish on Tuesday, 30th December 2014

this dog is not from here he looked quite lost would not come to me at all is now loose in area unable to get a photo as too quick to leave.I have also alerted the local warden
