Found in Whitechapel high street/Hanbury Street on Friday, 7th November 2014

with a collar was seen running around, at 11:20 clearly lost without it's owner. It was running at quite a pace on busy roads, by the time it went past me (twice!) I was too slow to catch it or get a photo.
