Male Border Collie Black And White (Age: Young Adult)

Found in Asda (Newton RD)Torquay on Tuesday, 16th September 2014

Very frightened and therefore snappy but has not injured anyone. He has a lot of white on him, but is black and white. ASDA are ringing the RSPCA Torquay Devon. timed at 13.10 pm. He is wearing an orange collar but no one can check if he has a tag because he would nip them if they tried.
